These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, eposemporium.co.uk. Please ensure you have read these terms and conditions in full before using this website, as use of this website implies that you accept these terms.


While every care has been taken in the compilation of information featured on this website, EPOS Emporium will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of error or inaccuracy within these pages. The information on this website is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing and we cannot accept any responsibility for information that is subject to change. EPOS Emporium reserves the right to change information on this website at any time.

EPOS Emporium cannot accept responsibility for the condition, loss or damage of goods once they have left our care and are shipped by a third party.

Use of the website

Anyone is entitled to view all parts of this website, and the information contained therein, that are not restricted by password protection for their own purposes. This is provided that it is solely used for information purposes, for personal use or purchase, and is not replicated on any other website.


In context of these terms and conditions, the following words have the following meanings:

“The EPOS Emporium”, “EPOS Emporium”, “our” or “we” refers to the company, EPOS Emporium.

“Information”, “material” and “content” means all of the information, data, text, graphics, links or computer code published on, contained or available on the website.

The “user” refers to any individual or organisation accessing this website, making an enquiry or purchase.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including, but not limited to, text, artwork, logos, images, data and software is the property of EPOS Emporium, unless otherwise stated, and may only be used with the written permission of EPOS Emporium.

Unauthorised use of this material including reproduction, storage, modification, distribution or republication, without the prior written consent of EPOS Emporium or, where applicable, the respective copyright owner(s) is prohibited.


You will receive a confirmation email after purchase, confirming your order, addresses and any further applicable information. If a product within your order was to become lost or damaged in transit, please ensure you contact us as soon as possible. You should make a comment about any damage to the packaging or box when receiving from the courier and ensure this is recorded on the delivery signature documentation. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible. Please note, we reserve the right not to replace goods damaged by the courier if they have been signed for in good condition by yourselves.

Payment information

Payment can be made by several credit or debit cards by mail order, telephone or online. Payment is taken and processed via Worldpay. All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch. If the cardholder address is different from the delivery address, we will require both at point of order for security checking and fraud prevention.

Credit or debit card payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your order. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure and have several organisational processes in place, as well as technical security measures, to help us ensure your data is safe. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site, or as a result of your transaction with Worldpay. Promotion - 10% off your order - Terms and Conditions

  • Customers receive a 10% discount when they sign up to The Epos Emporium emails
  • Once a customer signs up they will be sent a welcome email with the 10% discount
  • This can be redeemed online, using the discount code at checkout
  • To use the discount, users must create an account before applying the 10% off discount code
  • The discount may only be used once per customer
  • The discount is valid until 31 March 2020
  • The 10% off is valid for use on all products
  • Returned items bought using this offer will be refunded at the discounted price paid. Your statutory rights are not affected
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with multiple codes
  • The Epos Emporium have the right to change or terminate any code or offer at any time


Order cancellations are accepted up to 2pm on the day you have placed an order. If you cancel your order after 2pm on the day the order is made, please note the order may have been processed and you may be liable for the return delivery charges.

Delivery information

Deliveries using our courier, DX Delivery, are sent on a "Signature Mandatory" service and, as such, all deliveries require a signature at the address on arrival. Next day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm on a working day. 

Deliveries are made "Door to Door", meaning that the courier will only bring the goods to the entrance of any premises and will not take the goods into any premises or beyond this point. They are unable to do so due to third party liability / insurance purposes.

If you are not in at the attempted delivery time, DX can either deliver to a neighbour on confirmation from EPOS Emporium and reserve the right to return the parcel to the depot for a re-delivery. In both circumstances, a "Sorry we missed you" card will be left at your designated address that explains the next steps to receive your delivery. DX will attempt delivery twice (at no additional cost) before holding the parcel in their depot for five working days so that it can be collected by the customer, after which time they will return the items to our warehouse. Should this occur, please note that you will be liable for additional costs incurred for the return of the parcel and any re-delivery costs to send the items back out if requested.

Returns information

If you would like to make a return, a returns form should be filled and submitted so it can be actioned promptly.

  1. Please fill out an enquiry form on our site (you will receive an immediate response via email, acknowledging the receipt of the form)
  2. Within 24 hours, a member of the team will contact you with a course of action for returns
  3. Goods will be collected within 48 hours once agreed with member of the team
  4. Refund of monies can take up to seven working days to arrive in your account
  5. All returned goods must be in original condition.
